DBM Web Consulting Group's (hereinafter called “DBM Web Group”) commitment to our customers is to gain your confidence and trust. We do this by maintaining your privacy and protecting the personal information you provide to us online.

We employ physical, electronic and management procedures  to safeguard the security and integrity of your personal information. Billing information is encrypted when transmitted or received online. Your personal information is accessible only by staff and subcontractors designated to handle online inquiries or requests.  Any of DBM Web Group's employees, subcontractors , and agents with access to personal information obtained through the DBM Web Group web site are also bound to adhere to our privacy policy.

Personal Information that DBM Web Group May Collect Online:
DBM Web Group collects the following types of personal information online: names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone numbers,  fax numbers, billing information, and feedback information.  We may also collect business and personal information from customers, vendors, and applicants that submit their personal and financial information online for various membership or program participation, in addition to personal information received from individuals acting solely in their business capacity.

DBM Web Group does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

How We  May Use Your Personal Information:
DBM Web Group will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it was submitted; i.e., to process billing and business requests and inquiries related to the applicable program, forum, or online Web solution; to reply to inquiries, and to handle technical support issues.  We will use such information to maintain internal record keeping, provide operational notices, and to conduct research on industry marketplace practices. Our research may lead to the publication of aggregate demographical data, but we will not report or publish any personal information provided to us.  We may provide at various points on our site the opportunity to opt-out with respect to being placed on any of our mailing lists and to receive information about other DBM Web Group programs, services and offerings.  At any time you can add or remove your name from our mailing list by contacting us at webmaster@dbmwebgroup.com

We do not track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors to our website. We do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data such as the number of visits and hits to our site, but this information is used internally by our technical support staff to provide you with better services;  these statistics may also be provided to others but the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.   We employ the use of cookies to obtain non-identifying information and to provide easier site navigation and easier access to forms; however, they do not read personal information from your computer, nor are they tied to anything that can be used to identify visitors to the site.  If you choose to disable cookies from your web browser you will still be able to visit and use DBM Web Group's website.

How We May Share Your Information:
In order to process requests for service or to provide customized online solutions, DBM Web Group may contact other third-party service providers that you authorize to obtain rights to use, collect, or reference intellectual property, technical information, etc. related to your specific needs or issues.  Such contact may include, but is not limited to, physical or electronic forms of text, logos, images,  graphics, domain name registrant information, server files, databases, etc.

For DBM Web Group to process employment applications or applications for program participation, we may contact third-parties you identify as references to substantiate claims/statements related to, but not limited to, employment history, personal references, education history, affiliations and memberships, and certifications, etc.  Without your consent, DBM Web Group cannot share your information and/or process these requests. 

DBM Web Group may share your personal information with third-party service providers acting in a subcontractor capacity for the purpose of outsourcing specific jobs/tasks, or portions of jobs necessary to meet the specifications, deadlines, and needs of requested projects in conjunction with providing a comprehensive online solution, and/or to research industry marketplace practices; however, DBM Web Group research will not result in the reporting or publication of any personal information.  

DBM Web Group never sells or rents personal information.

We will release personal information only under the following circumstances:
To appropriate governmental authorities where warranted by a company’s failure to participate in the Terms of Service (TOS) agreement associated with Web sites or online solutions provided by DBM Web Group, it’s partners, agents, providers, or affiliates;

Where release is required by law, subpoena, statute or regulation, or is requested by a government agency conducting investigations or proceedings;

To appropriate persons, whose communication suggests or indicates possible harm to others; or

Where our records indicate fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a governmental agency should be made aware of.
